Fluted Bowl with a Cane Swirl

This fluted bowl was made with many different colors of hand pulled cane resulting in a beautiful cane swirl exterior, and the inside features many shades of purple.

To help the colors stand out and to make them even more deep and intense, a technique was used to add a very thin layer of white in the middle of the inner color and outer color, making the colors just about jump out of the glass.

*Note that the white spots on the glass are reflections from the photo lights.
